Terms & Conditions

Payment & Deposit:    
All major credit cards are accepted. EFT, cash deposits, etc. are all acceptable methods of payment. We require 50% of the booking total to be paid in advance in order to secure bookings. The balance of the account is payable on arrival.

 Cancellation Policy:    
Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours prior to time of arrival will be liable for the FULL BOOKING AMOUNT.
Bookings cancelled 1 - 6 days prior to arrival will be liable for 50% of the booking amount.
Bookings cancelled 14 + days prior to arrival will get a refund, but may be liable for a small administration fee.

Child Policy:    
We welcome children of all ages.
Children 0 – 5 years stay free.
Children 6 – 12 years charged @ ½ of sharing rate. 
Children 12 years and up charged adult rates.

Swimming Pool:
Please be aware that there is a swimming pool on-site and children are required to be under adult supervision at all times. While See More Guest House and their staff have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure general safety and security in all areas, they cannot be held liable for any accidents / damages that may occur.

Parking:
We offer secure off-street parking (remote controlled access), but parking is still done so at your own risk. Personal Property / Valuables:
Some of our rooms are fitted with safes and for those that aren't, there is a main safe available should you require. While we have had no problems in the past - valuables are stored at your own risk. While See More Guest House and their staff have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure general safety and security in all areas, they cannot be held liable for any accidents / damages / theft that may occur.
